Linear drives in all axes with > 2g acceleration and surface qualities up to Ra 0,2 µm represent highest precision and dynamics. Upgrading up to 5-axis simultaneaous due to the integrated swivel-/ rotary table stands for absolute flexibility. The watercooled SB 42 working spindle opens a wide spectrum of materials for different applications in the HSC sector. The stable mineral fibre stand in monoBLOCK® design guarantees a maximum absorbing of vibrations, highest stiffness and stability. Optional the HSC 20 linear can be upgrated by an integrated linear magazin with up to 99 pallets, a 60-fold automatic tool changer as well as a extensive package for graphite manufacturing.
