HSC 105 linear | HSC Processing

With high- dynamic linear drives in all axes the HSC 105 linear reaches accelerations of up to 2g and 90 m/min rapid speed, which allows an increase in productivity of up to 20%. The rigid bridge type design and the direct measuring systems in combination with the high speed 3D control iTNC 530 guarantee maximum precision. Simoultaneous 5 axis machining (option) is another innovation, realised by a swivelling axis in the spindle head and a NC- table. An optional automatic pallet changer as well as a shelf type tool magazine for up to 120 tools complete the modular field of application of the HSC 105 linear.
